Summer Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- 240g seasonal watermelon, seeds removed
- 120g frozen strawberry
- 50g frozen chopped peeled banana
- 120-180ml unsweetened plain almond milk
- 30ml lime juice
- 1Tbsp chia or hemp seeds
Smoothie Instruction
- Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
- Top with additional chia seeds to mock watermelon seeds!
