Seasonal Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Watermelon
  • Bananas

You don’t need water, a Smoothie can make you feel frosty.

Summer Fruit Smoothie Recipe

  • 240g seasonal watermelon, seeds removed  
  • 120g frozen strawberry
  • 50g frozen chopped peeled banana
  • 120-180ml unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 1Tbsp chia or hemp seeds

Smoothie Instruction

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth

  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed

  3. Top with additional chia seeds to mock watermelon seeds!
