Must be in business account profile

  1. From the main drop-down select my special orders
  2. Select the Responses tab
  3. From here you can approve / decline a price, message with the business, edit your order request, etc
    1. To APPROVE a pricing response:
      1. Select the Accept Shipment action icon (grocery cart)
    2. To DECLINE/CANCEL a pricing response:
      1. Select the Decline/cancel shipment action icon (x)
